FAQ
Q. What information is required before an image is created?
A. As much as possible. I will require different amounts of information depending on the image type. Before an image is created a list will be sent out asking for information that will be required. The more information the better. I would want to see all dimensions, a rough sketch, links to all products, and suggested colours, fabrics and materials as well as a rough furniture plan, and any existing photographs of the space. Any missing vital information can stall the process, so it is essential that all is available at the start.
Q. Who owns the image once it is created?
A. Essentially the image is owned by the image creator (Laura Whiley) however within the terms and conditions it outlines how the images can be used in more detail. The client (yourself) can use the images on websites, social media, and on interior products, as long as the work is credited to Louie Anne Interior Visuals, and not passed off as the designers. Louie Anne Interior Visuals own the rights, and when using these images for the purpose of advertising on social media, the interior designer will be credited and their social media pages will be tagged.
Q. What is the turnaround?
A. All dependent on the information given at the time of agreement. If all information is clear and present the image can be created within a few days. However, if any information is missing this can delay the creations as it will be a case of waiting and going backwards and forwards.
Q. What software do you use?
A. Most images created are built in SketchUp Pro, and rendered using Chaos V-Ray and Photoshop to create different visual effects.
Q. I already use SketchUp, but would like one to on support!
If you are a SketchUp user, but are struggling with certain aspect, I can fully support you with one to one sessions via zoom.
