Louie Anne Interiors was created by ‘me’ Laura Whiley.
I have always been a very creative person for as long as I can recall, and interior design has been my one and only dream since a very young lady! (ooh i’m still young….ish)
I studied hard and gained many qualifications in my years, including a BTEC ND in 3D Interior Design, and a BA (HONS) in Design Management and Interior Design.
I love working with, and meeting new people, and so decided to use my skills to create a business helping people create beautiful homes they love!
Having gained my first 2 qualifications in Interior design early on, I then completed a Diploma in The Professional Practice of Interior Design whilst running a business and looking after my own home and family.
I am also a qualified assessor and tutor, working for a well known Interior Design Diploma School supporting students in their Interior Design studies, as well as supporting students in their SketchUp course!
I am a mum of three, two lovely young ladies, and a little man. I am a happy bubbly person, who loves to meet new people! My kids, are my inspiration behind the creation of this new business, what kind of impression would I be making to them if I don’t follow my own dreams!
I love so many interior styles, I love a mix of everything, a mix of loved items, and working around that to create a happy place. I am without a doubt a lover of colour, pattern and texture. Using these interior elements to create homes that are exciting, fun, homely, but most of all that work for the purpose of that space and the people occupying it.
I believe interiors are individual, and like to assist people to explore their personalities to create homes that last, and that they will love! My interior design processes ensure that all designs are client led, to individual styles and we work together to discover what you really love, what makes you happy and what works for you as a family, or individual.
I am prone to add a bit of quirkiness and fun to interiors to create interest and talking points!
I believe that we can reuse furniture and up-cycle furniture to save money, and having to spend thousands creating an interior that works. Depending on individual budgets there’s options available for everyone.
